My client one of the banks in Saudi is looking to hire a Regional Head of Credit for the Eastern Region.
Responsibilities
Receives credit review requests within the assigned region, evaluates complexity of the credit proposal, and passes proposals on to the appropriate team member to ensure timely turnaround.
Reviews large and complex credit proposals prepared by the business functions, and examines adherence to risk acceptance criteria (RAC) with the aim to safeguard the standards of the bank's credit portfolio.
Reviews credit appraisal notes, and liaises with (Senior) Relationship Managers for any clarifications required in order to ensure transactional risks have been identified and proper mitigations established.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Master's degree is preferred
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role
Prior experience as Relationship Manager is preferred
The client is looking for Saudi Nationals only
