Generally looking for someone who has time and flexibility and some handyman experience

We have a few rentals and are searching for a long-term relationship based on mutual trust and collaboration. After many years of collaboration, our prior employee has retired.

Small remodeling projects, flooring, painting, and so on are examples.

It is when things come up, that we have many clients and friends to whom we can send someone if everything works out (if seeking further employment).

We currently require approximately 2-3 hours of digging (just 2 feet deep) to assist us with having a plumber fix a minor spot in a sewage system.

However, that is not a common profession - one that is required in the coming days.

We just pay for time and materials
